1、 Production process
Bring the dried polyethylene particles into the hopper and feed them into the screw according to the weight of the particles themselves. When the particles come into contact with the inclined edge of the thread, the rotating inclined edge generates a thrust perpendicular to the inclined edge of the plastic, pushing the plastic particles forward. During this process, due to the friction and collision friction between particles, as well as the external heating of the cylinder, it gradually melts. Molten plastic is filtered by the machine head to remove impurities from the mold mouth, cooled by a fan coil, inflated by the herringbone plate, traction roller, and coiler, and the waste film is rolled into the cylinder.
2、 Main structure
It mainly consists of an extruder, a machine head, a die head, a cooling device, a stable foam rack, a herringbone plate, a traction roller, a winding device, etc.
3、 Operating procedures
Preparation and precautions before startup:
1. Check if the unit can be installed as required and if all bolts are tightened.
2. Check whether the lubricating oil of the gearbox and air compressor is unobstructed, and whether all mechanical transmission components are unobstructed.
3. Check the power supply and electrical appliances on site, and ensure that all parts are safely grounded.
4. If the bucket is not filled with plastic and the temperature does not meet the requirements, stop starting.
5. Check for foreign objects during cutting and for any iron filings or other non-conforming materials mixed into the raw data.
6. The data request should be for drilling, otherwise pre drilling should be stopped.
