Characteristics
1. Screw & barrel are made of 38CRMOAL alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining. They have high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
2. Die head is plated with hard chromium, and its structure is a spiral core shaft type. The extruded molten material is uniform, and the blown film has good smoothness. The air cooling structure is maze shaped, and the air outlet is uniform.
3. The winder adopts pressure friction winding or center winding, and is adjusted by torque motor, which making the winding smooth and easy roll change.
Use
This blow film machine is suitable for making high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic films, which is widely used in the packaging of household and industrial products such as food, clothing, textiles, and daily necessities. This machine is currently the most widely used and essential preferred one for blowing film factories in the market.
